||
Description |
English: Lower bow and foot from a copper-alloy Cruciform brooch dating to the early Anglo-Saxon period. The bow is arched in profile and faceted at the base. The upper part of the foot is decorated with a moulded transverse collar of four ribs, and is broken at the top of the zoomorphic terminal. The catchplate survives on the reverse. |
