Description
Portrays hydrology, relief by spot heights and form lines, roads and tracks, settlements, water holes, international boundary with delimiting beacons and place names, and includes topographical notes and summary accounts of military operations. Detail is greater within Portuguese East Africa than in areas extending into British Central Africa.War Office ledger spelling 'Shira' appears as 'Shirwa' on the map face.
