Per pale argent a bar wavy azure on a canton of the last three estoiles of the first one and two and per chevron azure and vert a chevron argent all within a bordure gules. Meaning; Per pale divides the shield in half. The first side is silver (argent.)In the centre of this half is a wavy line coloured blue (azure.) In the top left corner is a canton or small square and this is also blue and on it are three silver stars, one at the top and two at the bottom. On the other half of the shield is an inverted silver 'V' (chevron.) The rest of this half is blue and green (vert.) The whole shield has a red (gules) border (bordure.)
