Español: Monumento conmemorativo en forma de mosaico cerámico (azulejo) dedicado a Andrés Jiménez Díaz en el parque que lleva su nombre, en el distrito Puerto de la Torre, Málaga, España. El monumento incluye una imagen del homenajeado junto a uno de sus poemas: «Mis horizontes / Tengo trazo en la mente / en el dibujo completo / las líneas que configuran / los horizontes del Puerto. / Está en el monte de la Torre / de perfil atabalero / cual seguro vigilante / del levante marinero. / Hacia arriba el cerro Lanza / y junto el monte Platero / los dos vigilan al norte / como dos gigantes buenos. / Luego están los verdiales / un partido de hombres recios / como nadie labradores / como nadie fiesteros. / Perfiles verdes de pinos / forman al Este linderos / es por donde el Sol se asoma / y le llega el día al Puerto. / El Sur se va retirando / por la vega, placentero / que quizás vaya buscando / su ambiente que es marinero. / En este encantado marco / está mi pequeño pueblo / están todas mis vivencias / ilusiones y recuerdos. / Aquí, hace ya más de un siglo / que arribaron mis abuelos / aquí nacieron mis padres, / yo, mis hijas y mis nietos. / Y también mi compañera / quiso Dios que sea del Puerto / igual que yo enamorada /de estos horizontes nuestros. / El días que yo me vaya / se lo estoy pidiendo al cielo / que en la falda de la Torre / lancen mis cenizas al viento. / Andrés Jiménez Díaz». El monumento fue inaugurado el 6 de octubre de 2023.[1] |
