| Description |
Português: Cordilheira dos Andes ontem, entre Rio Hurtado no Chile, terço esq. da imagem, e Calingasta na Argentina, á dir. A 30 graus de latitude Sul, mesma de Porto Alegre, está com cobertura de neve, em branco, em todas as áreas mais altas. É uma área com relevo totalmente acidentado e quase sem vegetação. Terreno exposto aparece em marrom escuro. Sombras, evidenciando o relevo, em preto / Andes Cordillera yesterday, between Chile´s Rio Hurtado, image left third, and Calingasta, Argentina, to its right. At 30 degrees South, same latitude of Porto Alegre, all its higher area are covered with snow, in white. It´s an area with totally rough relief and almost no vegetation. Exposed ground appears in brown. Shadows, highlighting relief, in black.
