| Description | Bridge from the Urnerloch gallery of the Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn to a military facility. The bridge was built between 1946 and 1959. But it appeared for the first time on the map of 1975, and the buildings were still invisible during the Cold War until 1986. Except of a gas station and a climbing hall in the old war barracks, everything is classified. Although there are many parts out of operation in this mountain, they cannot be visited because everything is connected. An incredible underground octopus. Switzerland, Nov 22, 2017. |
