Description
English: An engraving of the ancient Temple at Uppsala. The engraving was made in Stockholm in 1694 and was published in volume one of Suecia antiqua et hodierna. This image was cropped from image I-63. The Latin writing states the image shows the most ancient Gothic shrine at Uppsala and was based on a drawing kept at Santa Brigida's Church in Rome.
