Description
Français : Ancien monastère des Franciscains, 753, avenue de l'Alverne, Québec
Le monastère a été conçu par les architectes F. X. Berlinguet et R. P. Lemay et inauguré en septembre 1902. La Ville de Québec a acquis l'édifice en 1983 pour le transformer en édifice d'habitation sociale de 106 logements sous la responsabilité de l'architecte Émile Gilbert.
