Description Anaptychia setifera (Mereschk.) Räsänen, 1931 (photograph of a herbarium specimen showing black cilia along the lobes) Growing on shaded, sheltered beach cliff, N 3.4 miles along Highway 17 from the entrance to Pancake Bay Provincial Park and the shores of Lake Superior, Ontario, Canada; collected and identified by Richard E. Riefner (No. 81-294, 27 Jun 1981); specimen is now in the Lichen Herbarium of the New York Botanical Garden.
