English: An idyllic location for a school sports day The local school at Penllwyn traditionally holds its annual sports day at the Cwm Rheidol Reception Centre and sports ground, adjacent to the Hydro-Electric Dam. This is a view looking up the Rheidol Valley. The route of the Vale of Rheidol railway is evident from the gap in the trees on the other side of the valley. |
