Description
English: Fleuron from book:
An explanation of the proposed scheme for better paving, repairing, cleaning and lighting the squares, streets, and Lanes Of The City and Liberty of Westminster, and the adjacent parishes. To which is annexed a plan, describing the district over which the same is proposed to extend with the Names of the Streets,and those new ones not extant in any other hitherto published. By a member of Parliament.
