Description
English: Fleuron from book:
An act to impower John Spencer, Esquire, to make Leases of the Manor of Wimbledon, and of Lands and Grounds in Wimbledon, Barnes, Mortclacke, East Sheen, Putney, and Wandsworth, in the County of Surry, given and devised by, and purchased in pursuance of, the Will of the most Noble Sarah late Duchess Dowager of Marlborough, respectively, in order for building upon or improving the same.
