Description

This Indian roller caught the insect which was too big for its mouth. And the insect was still alive and fluttering its wings in an attempt to escape. The roller shook it vigorously tearing apart its legs and then tossed it into the air to get the right position. But despite all that, it couldn't get it fully into the mouth and eat it. And since we were watching and photographing, it must have felt embarrassed and hence flew away from the place.
