Description
English: Amit Sarkar is painter from Kolkata. This photograph was taken at the opening day of the 4th group exhibition ‘Image India’ of Indian Paintings. The 16 member artists are Dhirendranath Brahma, Santi Ranjan Mukherjee, Narendra Chandra De Sarkar, Ajoy Ghosh, Amit Sarkar, Shankar Nath Aich, Shiktisubhra Pradhan, Dilip banerjee, Sudip Nandi, Manoj Kumar Dutta, Soumen Khamrui, Anjana Datta, Partha Sarathi Bhattacharjee, Souradip Saha, Kaushik Coomar and Shbyasachi Borah. The painting exhibition held at the Academy of Fine Arts, Kolkata from 21-27 April 2015. About fifty general people were present at the inaugural function along with eminent personalities.
