Summary
[edit]DescriptionAmerica's 400-year-old Monument to Religious Freedom.jpg |
English: This floating monument is called the Mayflower II -- a replica of the Mayflower ship which came to America in 1620 -- bringing with them the idea of Freedom of Religion. Here the Mayflower II had finished it's three-year refurbishment and was on its way through the Cape Cod Canal from New Bedford, MA to Plymouth Rock where it is a museum open to the public seven days per week.
