English: Ambassador Nicholas Burns raises the flag over the U.S. Consulate General in Wuhan’s new office. Ambassador Burns: So proud to raise the American flag over our new Consulate General office in Wuhan 美国驻武汉总领事馆. President Abraham Lincoln appointed our first consul, Charles D. Williams, in 1861 to engage the people of Central China. That work continues today.
中文(中国大陆):伯恩斯大使:非常骄傲能够在我们武汉总领事馆新办公室升起国旗。亚伯拉罕·林肯总统在1861年指派查尔斯·D·威廉士为第一任领事,和华中地区的人民互动。这项工作自那时起始终持续不断。
