中文：梁洪昇大使於4月12日出席史國「青年支柱計畫」第3次捐贈典禮，並與史國體育文化暨青年事務部長布倫佳(Harries Bulunga)一起將捐贈的機械工具 交給20位青年代表。

梁大使表示，青年是國家的未來，若能給予年輕人培訓機會與機械工具，相信他們便可創造一番事業，幫助家人也造福社會。梁大使勉勵史國青年保持樂觀進取，善用這些工具，臺灣也會繼續協助史國青年提升就業與創業能力，實現理想。

史國「青年支柱計畫」是由臺灣政府贊助，開辦各類職訓計畫，並捐贈機械工具，為史國青年提升就業能力。
English: Ambassador Jeremy Liang attended the 3rd donation ceremony of the Insika Yelikusasa programme on 12th April, and handed over the toolkits to 21 youth representatives together with Minister of Sports, Culture and Youth Affairs Harries Bulunga.
Ambassador Liang said that young people are the future of the country. "If they could be given training opportunities and toolkits at an early age, I believe they can create their own career or increase their chances of employment and that's why Taiwan sponsors the Insika Yensha programme," said Ambassador Liang.
