Description
Español: El presidente Marcelo T. de Alvear asciende las escalinatas del Jockey Club rosarino el 4 de octubre de 1925. A sus espaldas, el edificio de la confitería "La Perla", centro de reunión de la clase alta. Las esporádicas visitas presidenciales a la ciudad constituían un acontecimiento social y el consiguiente revuelo popular entre 1900 y 1930.

Argentina has no "freedom of panorama" provision in its copyright law. At least some think there is de facto freedom of panorama in Argentina regarding buildings:

English It is uncontroversially accepted that buildings can be reproduced by paintings or photographs, without this reproduction infringing copyright.
