Add a one-line explanation of what this file represents
Description Alvar Street, Bywater, New Orleans. One of the two pieces of property housing the "Buskers Bunkhouse" was with little warning raised recently. Apparently Ms. Pearl, owner of the other piece of land, thought she had an understanding that she could make continued use of adjacent lot as long as she continued to maintain it as she had for years, whereas heirs of the property owner did not not think Ms Pearl had any such rights. Work crews came in, supposedly without advance notice, and demolished structures, cut down trees, and threw possessions out to the street. Story per NOLA Defender.
