Broad nonseparate hyphae were seen in pathologic study (methenamine silver stain, ×200). c-d. The sporangiophores of Lichtheimia corymbifera forming a conical apophysis and arising at points on the stolon that was between the rhizoid and not opposite them. SEM showed the sporangia were slightly pear-shaped instead of spherical (20kv, ×2000). |
