Discipline was one of the military virtues and was worshipped as the goddess Disciplina. The goddess Disciplina acquired a cult in the 2nd century, and coins from the period featured a reverse with Hadrian leading troops with their standards, accompanied by the legend DISCIPLINA AVG.
