Rechts staat een man met twee gezichten (de één Puritein, de ander Jezuïet), een kruis, een rozenkrans en een bokkenpoot waarmee hij op de bijbel staat. Achter hem staat een duivels figuur. Achter Britannia een gotische kathedraal, brandende gebouwen en in de achtergrond een veldslag met ruiters te paard waarboven een hand met zwaard van vlammen.
