Omschrijving: Allegorie op de situatie in het land tijdens het Bestand, 1615. De Hollandse Maagd zittend in de Hollandse Tuin met de Hollandse Leeuw, in de handen de vrijheidslans en de bundel van zeven pijlen. De omheining rust op een voetstuk aangeduid als: Den Waren Hoecsteen. Ter weerszijden personificaties van Rechterlijke Macht en Geloof. Hieromheen allerlei figuren verbonden aan de oorlog, koophandel, dwaalleer, bedrog etc. Onder de plaat een onderschrift van 4 kolommen in het Nederlands met een verklaring van de letters A-O.
