Description
Deutsch: Vereinfachter Graph des Absorptionsspektrums von Alexandrit anhand der Quellen1-4.

Alexandrit besitzt zwei charakteristische Absorptionsbanden im ultravioletten, blauen (B) und grün-gelben (A) Spektralbereich. Die Überlagerung des Graphen (gestrichelte weiße Linie) mit dem Spektrum verschiedener Lichtquellen, zeigt die Spektralbereiche des Lichts, die vom Edelstein transmittiert bzw. zum Betrachter gestrahlt werden (Fläche oberhalb der gestrichelten Linie, markiert mit dem Stern).
