Deutsch: Die Dechantsbirne aus Alencon auch Doyenne de Alencon ist eine in Deutschland seltene Tafelbirnensorte für warme Standorte. Die süßsäuerlich-würzig schmeckende Frucht wird in Deutschland hauptsächlich am Spalier angebaut und ist nach Lagerung von Dezember bis Februar genußreif.
