English: After rescuing a mannequin, posing as an injured civilian, from the remnants of a collapsed parking garage, rescue technicians assigned to the 1152nd and 1153rd Firefighting Team Detachment, 877th Engineer Battalion, 226th Maneuver Enhancement Brigade, evacuated the citizen on a field litter during a search and evacuation Vibrant Response 13 field training exercise at the Muscatatuck Urban Training Center, Ind., Aug. 8. After rescuing the injured civilian from a collapsed parking garage, the Alabama National Guardsmen out of Haleyville, Ala., ground evacuated the citizen to the nearest medical facility. During the Vibrant Response homeland disaster training, Joint Task Force Civil Support units showcased their ability to aid civilian authorities in the event of an incident. |
