Todd Davis, Kapisa/Parwan Provincial Reconstruction Team civil engineer and pay agent, takes photos to document the progress made by contractors hired to build a new high school for students in Mahmood Raqi, Afghanistan. More than a dozen Soldiers, Airmen and civilian translators assigned to the PRT at Bagram Air Field convoyed, March 14, to several construction sites to monitor progress made by local contractors hired to improve local infrastructure. Sgt. Davis, who is deployed from Whiteman Air Force Base, Mo., spoke with the local foreman to see if there were any construction site problems or pay concerns with local workers. Sgt.
