Description The U.S. Navy aircraft carrier USS Shangri-La (CVA-38) at the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, in June 1957. In the foreground is USS Coral Sea (CVA-43) which had just begun her SCB-110A conversion, whereas her sister ship USS Midway (CVA-41) was just at the end of her SCB-110 conversion.
