Description
Svenska: Luftskyddsförbundets första instruktionskurs i civila luftskyddets tjänst började på onsdagsförmiddagen med samling i Tekniska högskolan, där kapten E. Nordlund, som är kursledare, gav en orientering om kursens ändamål, allmänna gång och inledning samt utlämnade kursplaner och och anvisningar för de olika tjänstegrenarna. Instruktionskursen räknar 75 deltagare från olika delar från landet.
