Aïkido : Ikkyo, forme omote (devant) et ura (derrière)

Ikkyo peut se faire de deux manières :

  • omote : tori avance en direction de uke, ses mains effectuent un mouvement de coupe de sabre en direction de la tête de uke ; tori passe devant uke ;
  • ura : tori pivote (taï sabaki) en effectuant avec ses mains une coupe de sabre en diagonale ; tori se retrouve derrière uke.
