Description
English: One of the oldest schools in UAE founded in the year 1912. It was founded and established by His Eminence, the late Sheikh Ahmed bin Dalmouk in 1912. He was one of the leading prominent pearl merchants in the Arabian Gulf. The school attracted a number of scientists and scholars from neighbouring Arab countries to teach at it. Education went on at the school ever since its establishment until 1958. In 1994, the Government of Dubai restored Al Ahmadiya School and transformed it into a historical museum.
