Description
English: This little spot of paradise is a favorite by many... Having survived an almost catastrophic forest fire a few years back, the little chapel of Agios Nikolaos still stands overlooking the Aegean sea. During the summer time, especially August, the sun is perfectly aligned to fall just between the branches of this sole pine tree survivor which lives on the hill side in front of the chapel. I am glad this place stands and may it live to see many more sunsets like this...
