Afternoon tea with Mrs George Brookman 1895

(George Brookman married Eliza Martha Marshall in 1878.)
Mrs. George Brookman presiding over afternoon tea at her home in Adelaide;
left to right: Mrs. George Brookman, Norman, Miss Ada Crossley, May.
The photograph was probably taken in 1895.
May Brookman was married in 1902; she was born in 1879.
Norman who is also in the picture was born in 1884. In the photograph he looks to be about 10 years old.
Taken in the Brookman home on Edwin Terrace, Gilberton.
Ada Crossley (1871-1929) later became a noted contralto singer.
