Provenance: Ehemals Sammlung Freiherr von Finck, Schloss Nöthnitz (bei Dresden); nach dem 8. Mai 1945 infolge der Bodenreform aus Schloss Nöthnitz zu den Dresdener Sammlungen gelangt; 2007 rückübereignet an die Erben der Alteigentümer Im Rahmen der Bodenreform in der sowjetischen Besatzungszone wurden 1945/46 auch 1.155 sächsische Schlösser und Herrenhäuser enteignet. Ihre Einrichtungs- und Kunstgegenstände wurden verkauft oder an Museen übergeben ("Schlossbergung"). Auf der Rechtsgrundlage des 1994 in Kraft getretenen Ausgleichsleistungsgesetzes konnten seitens der Gemäldegalerie Alte Meister zahlreiche Werke an die Alteigentümer bzw. deren Erben oder Rechtsnachfolger rückübertragen werden. |
