| Description |
English: Afon Marchlyn Mawr. This stream used to flow directly from Llyn Marchlyn Mawr before that was dammed for hydro-electric power production. Its source is now a concrete tunnel a hundred metres below the dam. For centuries the stream was the boundary between the two large estates of Penrhyn and Faenol. The mountain in the background is Elidir Fawr. |
