Notice for Publication LAND OFFCE at Kingfither O T} April 28 1894,} Notice is hereby given that the following—named settler has filed notice of his intention to make final proof in support of his claim and that said poof will be made before Register and Receiver at Kingfisher Okla on July 16 1894. viz CASPER BUFFORD H. E, 1569. for the E ½ S W ¼ Lots 3 and 4 S 19 T 18 R 5 He names the followoing witnesses to prove his continuos (sic) residence upon and culitivation of, said land viz William Walker, Charley Stevenson, Scott Fox, William Martin all of Wanamaker Okla. E. G. SPILMAN, Register [end of clipping insert] AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION TERRITORY OF OKLAHOMA,} SS KINGFISHER COUNTY } JC Tousley being first duly sworn upon his oath says, that he is editor of the KINGFISHER CO. BEACON, a weekly newspaper of general circulation, printed in the English language and published at the City of Dover, in Kingfisher County, and Territory of Oklahoma: That the notice Casper Bufford to make final proof a true copy of which, taken from said paper, is hereto attached, was published six weeks in said newspaper, the first insertion being on the 3 day of May 1894. And successively thereafter as follows May 10-17-24-31 until and including the 7 day June 1894. That the said notice was printed in the regular and entire issue of every number of the paper during the period and time of publication, in the paper proper, and not in any supplement thereof. Subscribed and sworn to before me by Notary Public This the 12 day of July 1894. JC Tousley G.W. Fletcher Notary Public My commission expires the 6 day of July 1895.
