O 2° Batalhão de Operações Ribeirinhas (2°BtlOpRib) realizou, no dia 27 de maio de 2021, adestramento de Rapel e Fast Rope, com o 1° Esquadrão de Helicópteros de Emprego Geral do Norte (EsqdHU-41), em Belém (PA). O exercício tem como propósito adestrar os Fuzileiros Navais para o cumprimento de missões em locais de difícil acesso, onde não seja possível o pouso de aeronaves de asas rotativas, situação comum no ambiente de selva. Em paralelo ao exercício, foram realizadas também qualificações e requalificações de Mestres de Lançamento, que têm como propósito capacitar os Fuzileiros Navais para ministrar instruções de Rapel e Fast.
