Description
English: Aerial view of Juddville (left, below the center), Thorp Pond (lower and to the left), southern Fish Creek, Wisconsin (far top left corner), and far southern Peninsula State Park (far top left corner) in the town of Gibraltar and the northeast limits of the village of Egg Harbor (far bottom left corner) and part of the northern town of Egg Harbor in w:Door County, Wisconsin, Wisconsin, taken June 27, 2020. Wisconsin Highway 42 runs along the left side.

Recreational areas include Fish Creek Park, Peninsula State Park, the DNR-owned portion of Thorp Pond State Natural Area (which does not include the pond itself), the Picha Forest Preserve at Thorp Pond (mentioned in 2010), White Cliff Nature Preserve, the Judy Abert Meissner Memorial Wetlands Preserve (map of this and nearby Nature Conservancy areas).
