English: 8 October 2011. Large gaudy advertising signs displayed on the windows of CHENEL the College of Haringey, Enfield and North East London.
Like many other businesses in Tottenham, the college had turned this building, in Town Hall Approach Road, into a billboard to market its products to prospective customers. The former College of North East London (CONEL) merged in 2009 with Enfield College. According to its website, this made CHENEL: "one of the largest colleges for further education in the United Kingdom.
