Summary
[edit]DescriptionAdventuress - rope and rigging 13.jpg |
English: Knot, aboard the Adventuress. I don't know if there is a proper name for this knot; it's not a million miles from a clove hitch, but clearly it is something else (ends in a slip knot, and even independent of that the last part of it passes differently from a clove hitch). Photographed while the Adventuress was at Shilshole Bay Marina, Ballard, Seattle, Washington, U.S. for Marina Day 2016. Adventuress is a National Historic Landmark. |
