Description
English: Private legal action taken by Adolf Hitler (1889–1945), the later German chancellor and instigator of the Second World War, at the Land Criminal Court in Prague in March 1928 against the editorial board of the Freiheit magazine which printed an article about Hitler who, according to the article, allegedly took bribes. Rudolf Hess’ giving evidence also makes a part of the file. Hess (1894–1987) was one of the founding members of NSDAP and the third man of the Nazi Germany.(State Regional Archives in Prague, Regional Criminal Court Prague, file number Tl XIV 535/28, box 642.)
Čeština: Soukromá žaloba Adolfa Hitlera (1889–1945), pozdějšího německého kancléře a iniciátora druhé světové války, kterou podal v březnu 1928 u Zemského soudu trestního v Praze proti neznámému pachateli a Emilu Straussovi, reaktoru časopisu Freiheit. Druhou stranu sporu vinil ze spáchánípřečinu proti bezpečnosti cti, protože otiskla článek o úplatcích, které měl on, žalobce, přijmout. Adolf Hitler nakonec sám od žaloby ustoupil.(SOA v Praze, Krajský soud trestní Praha, spis. zn. Tl XIV 535/28, kar. 642.)
