Description
English: The Erivan Khanate was a khanate that existed from 1747 until 1828, when it was disestablished by the Russian Empire in 1828 and reorganised with the Nakhichevan Khanate into the Armenian Oblast. The khanate was divided into 15 mahals and the capital of Erivan by the 1820s, this map shows that administrative structure alongside the borders of the khanate itself.

The borders of the Erivan Khanate are based on natural boundaries (watersheds, ridges, rivers) that separated the villages of the Erivan Khanate from the villages outside the khanate. The mahal boundaries are based on natural boundaries that separated the mahal villages where applicable, otherwise they follow approximate lines separating the mahal villages.
