Powder Springs, Ga. September 23rd, 2016 – Col. Reginald Neal, the Georgia Army National Guard’s G1, was awarded the Meritorious Service Medal by Brig. Gen. Thomas Carden, Georgia’s Commanding General, for his leadership, work ethic and expertise which focused on quality strength and enhanced the overall personnel readiness of the Georgia National Guard during the 2016 inaugural Adjutants General Corps Ball in Powder Springs, Georgia.
