English: Molecular surface representation of an actin molecule, oriented according to convention. Alpha helycal residues in surface are showed in pink, while beta sheet residues are in yellow. The RasMol image is based on Graceffa & Dominguez Model, 2003
Español: Modelo de superficie molecular de la actina orientada según la convención habitual. Las cadenas laterales de los residuos correspondientes a alfa-hélices se destacan en rosa, mientras que los correspondientes a láminas beta se representan en amarillo. La imagen se ha obtenido mediante RasMol a partir del modelo de Graceffa y Domínguez, 2003, en el que se emplean monómeros de actina unidos a ATP. |
