| Description |
English: A maximum likelihood tree of actin-related proteins. The root position was forced between the HSP70 superfamily and the actin superfamily. The tree was constructed by analysis of 295 aligned amino acid residues. Support values are indicated only for major internal branches (not within smaller monophyletic groups). The protein sequences whose structure alignment was used to correct the multiple protein alignment of actin-related proteins are denoted in red
Español: Arbol de máxima probabilidad de proteínas relacionadas con la actina. La posición basal se ha forzado para quedar entre la superfamilia HSP70 y la superfamilia de la actina. El árbol se ha construído mediante el análisis alineando 295 residuos de aminoácidos. Los valores de soporte se indican en las ramas internas más importantes (no aparece entre grupos monofiléticos menores). Las secuencias de proteínas cuyo alineamiento estructural se ha utilizado para corregir el alineamiento de proteínas múltiples se destaca en rojo. |
