Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Across the mudflats to Dingwall The fresh water flowing left in the foreground, is the Allt na Laitch. It flows down through Craig Wood, on the north east side of Dingwall, before entering the mudflats of the Cromarty Firth.

The mudflats are marked as being a 'Danger Area' on the Ordnance Survey maps. A military rifle range used to operate to the left of the far tree line, on Ferry Road, Dingwall.

Behind the tall trees in the top centre, is Jubilee Park, the home of Ross County FC. The park is a mere 4 metres above sea level!
