Español: Figura 5. Hugl regula la polaridad apicobasal y la formación de luz en acinos mamarios.

Las células se incubaron con anticuerpos primarios marcando su dominio apical (anti-GM130, en rojo), seguidos de anticuerpos secundarios marcados con fluorescencia.
Núcleos teñidos con DAPI (en azul). Se tomaron imágenes de Acinos con un microscopio confocal.
