Description
English: Entrance to the Academy of the Jewish Museum Berlin
Deutsch: Eingang zur Akademie des Jüdischen Museums Berlin, Fromet-und-Moses-Mendelssohn-Platz 1 in Berlin-Kreuzberg. An der Wand links vom Eingang steht in fünf Sprachen ein Ausspruch des jüdischen Gelehrten Moses Maimonides: "Höre die Wahrheit, wer sie auch spricht". Bis 2010 befand sich in der Halle ein Blumengroßmarkt. Anschließend wurde das Gebäude vom US-amerikanischen Architekten Daniel Libeskind mit einem Haus-im-Haus-Konzept umgestaltet.
