Español: Construido por Ramsés II apróximadamente en 1284 a.C.
En 1813 fué descubierto por Ludwig Burckhardt y profanado por Giovanni Belzoni en 1817. El templo tuvo que ser reubicado durante 1964 debido a la mala situación junto al lago Nasser, que amenazaba con sumergir este santuario del sol. |
