Summary

[edit]
Description

The famous Forth (railway) Bridge near Edinburgh Scotland is an iconic landmark, towering over the streets below.

On this day people were abseiling from the bridge to raise money for charity.

The Hawes Inn is also in shot. It started as a 17th century coaching inn and to this day it's still a hotel, bar and restaurant.

Robert Louis Stevenson, the famous writer from Edinburgh is said to have been staying in room number 13 in 1886 when he came up with the idea of ‘Kidnapped’ and started writing the novel there. The Hawes inn features in the story as well.
